Information about payment, delivery, and returns.

• Accepted payment methods: Interac e-Transfer and Cash. 

• As per fiscal laws, no taxes will be collected on any purchase, as we are considered a small supplier.

• Shipping of a product (only within Canada) will be done through Canada Post according to rates automatically calculated by the carrier. In-person pickup option is also welcome.

• For food hygiene reasons, wooden products are not eligible for refund, unless there is a manufacturing defect. Thank you for your understanding in this regard.

• Please inspect your product upon reception as any return request exceeding 7 days will not be accepted. Please contact us directly as soon as possible via the contact. Return shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility.

• No returns for special orders.

• All items are guaranteed to be without defects.
